  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup homemade yogurt
  • 1/3 Lemon
  • 3/4 can soda water
  • 5 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp kale leaves

Instructions

Put all of ingredients to the blender to blend until to smoothies. It is done!
